Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order or a personal cheque. This will however, delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to cancel an order after making it, please contact us immediately by phone. Please be aware that cancelling an order will mean a 15% cancellation charge is applied to your account.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with your order you must inform us within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. We will then arrange to collect the item and either replace the item or refund you. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. If you fail to inform us within the 24 hour period, charges may be incurred if replacement is still wanted. Please call for more details.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on size and volume. Items are packed into the most cost effective packaging possible. If you have specific packaging requests, please call our support team.

If you order an item that exceeds 3 meteres in length, please be advised that there might be a slight delay (one day maximum) in delivering your item as it requires the booking of a specialist courier vehicle. There is no extra charge for this

All orders are insured up to a maximum of £250. If you would like additional insurance, please call our support team.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are shown with and without VAT included. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 3 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
